In 2018, System One conducted an in-depth review of the client’s needs, expectations, and requirements. Based on that knowledge, System One recommended transitioning to a managed staffing program (MSP). Working with the client, the team designed a customized solution.

This rapidly energized talent delivery to the client. In addition to the level one Client Service Team positions, the solution quickly enabled sourcing the organization’s entire talent needs. The client was able to retain technicians that would have left previously while operationally optimizing the team’s overall capabilities and performance. Most importantly, they continued to provide the highest possible level of service and support.
