Employee Information

Communication

Site Tech Staffing prioritizes open and consistent communication to ensure employee satisfaction and success. Each employee is assigned a dedicated point of contact to maintain a constant flow of communication throughout their contract. We encourage you to stay in touch with your Recruiter and keep them informed of your situation. This helps us ensure you are happy at the jobsite and increases opportunities for placement with another client upon contract completion. 

Weekly Paychecks

Site Tech Staffing recognizes the importance of timely compensation. We pay our employees on a weekly basis to ensure you receive your earnings promptly. To facilitate this, please verify that your timecard information is accurate and submitted by the weekly deadline. Paystubs are emailed to the address in your payroll file, accessible using a “Document Open Password” consisting of the last four digits of your Social Security number. 

Direct Deposit

We offer the convenience of direct deposit, allowing your paycheck to be deposited into your checking account each week. Email DirectDeposit@techusa.net to receive the direct deposit form, and submit it with a voided check to your Recruiter or Office Manager. Note that it may take 2-3 pay periods for direct deposit to take effect, during which time you will receive a paper check. 

Timecard Management System

Site Tech Staffing has invested in advanced technology to provide an efficient, user-friendly online timecard management system. This system allows employees to track hours and obtain management approval seamlessly. To meet the weekly payroll deadline, hours must be submitted by 8:00 AM on Mondays. For weeks with holidays, you may need to submit timecards earlier, and you will receive an email notification regarding any changes to the process. 

Expense Reimbursement

Some client companies may offer reimbursement for business expenses. Please consult your manager to confirm which expenses are eligible for reimbursement. All expense forms must be submitted with corresponding receipts and a management signature by 5:00 PM on Mondays.
