With increased industry demands for nuclear engineers, project managers, schedulers, planners, assessors, and estimators, the client’s in-house human resources department was struggling to find qualified talent to fill more than 900 key positions in 12 months. Lacking a structured recruiting process and paralyzed by reporting requirements, the client’s HR team was challenged in all aspects of the recruiting process from inconsistencies in job titles and descriptions to internal communications. Our client needed a business partner that understood the complex nature of the nuclear industry and could provide strategic guidance relevant to crucial positions specific to their business.

By establishing workflow processes, System One removed barriers in the pre-hire and follow up processes. Based upon the success of the initial initiatives, System One was asked to develop and deploy additional recruiting efforts to train, implement diversity initiatives, manage internship programs, and coordinate special projects.
