Mountain Ltd., a System One Division, Announces Acquisition of Level 5 Consulting Engineers, Architecture & Engineering Provider

New Gloucester, ME, January 28, 2020 – System One division Mountain Ltd., an engineering services provider to the telecommunications industry, today announced it acquired Level 5 Consulting Engineers, a wireless telecommunication architecture and engineering services provider. This acquisition enhances Mountain Ltd.'s core capabilities, adding the ability to deliver structural engineering services with Professional Engineering licenses nationwide. “We remain enthusiastic in our support of upgrades and maintenance to telecommunication infrastructure nationwide, particularly the rollout of 5G technologies,” said Troy Gregory, President and CEO of System One.

The acquisition will allow Mountain Ltd. to provide custom solutions in small-cell technology, site modifications, and new site builds that enhance network capacity and coverage range, under one umbrella. The wholly-owned subsidiary will operate as MOUNTAIN, LTD. Engineering with offices in New Braunfels, TX and Houston, TX.
