Technical Training

System One has developed an extensive training curriculum to develop individuals into field engineers, drafting technicians, and networking and engineering specialists and expose them to applicable aspects of the telecommunications industry.

Field Engineers: We provide technical training that covers everything from walkouts and telephone infrastructure to equipment and material in the field, collecting and drawing up field notes, performing make-ready work, and putting together pole applications and surveys. We also provide training on joint use space in telecom.

Drafting Technicians: Our drafting technical training includes mentoring, progressing from basic permit creation to drafting engineering prints.

Networking & Engineering: We consult with clients and employees to provide technical training on network architecture, engineering best practices, and other telecom-related topics. We have presented at regional telecommunications shows and directly charge our telecom clients for these services.
